SPORTS REFLEXOLOGY

Sports reflexology is a deeper style of reflexology that uses a firmer pressure when working the different areas of the feet.  Feet are like maps of the body, allowing a Therapist to identify the problem area through the feet.  For example, Sciatica or a past shoulder or knee injury.

This style of reflexology is great for helping you to recover from an injury, minor impact or a repetitive strain injury such as Tennis or Golfers elbow.  Furthermore, reflexology promotes deep relaxation to help improve sleep and ease tension leading up to a sporting/ competitive event.  Reflexology also improves the immune system and is great for health and well-being.
