At Swansea Sports Therapies, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To confirm and secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required for all treatments. Please carefully review our cancellation terms and conditions below.
Booking Deposits
90-Minute Treatment (including initial consultation):
- Full cost: £58
- Required deposit: £29
60-Minute Treatment
Full cost: £45
Required deposit: £22.50

You can pay your deposit via

Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If more than 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit can be: carried over to a rescheduled appointment.
Converted into a credit note or gift voucher for future use.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be non -refundable and cannot be transferred. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to helping you on your journey to wellness and recovery.
